Why mental health matters?

Mental illness affects everyone, chances are that you might have had personal experiences or know someone who has been affected. We spend millions on our physical appearance and on going out, and little on our emotional and psychological health. Yet to function in our everyday life, be it work, relationships, etc, we need to be mentally alert and focused. Therefore emotional well being is absolutely necessary to carry out our day to day task.

This  Training focuses on-

  5. Highlight Common mental health problems

  6. Improve Well-being at Work

  7. Building resilience

  8. Support system in place
